I mean, I understand the greatness that is a riding mower if you have more than a 1/2 acre to mow, but frankly, that seems a little overkill for your yard.

I have an old
hydrostatic drive Speedex with a 48" deck and 3-point hitch I use to mow my 1/2 acre lot. It is sweet, beautiful overkill.

Mewhile I’m shopping for my next mower. The local True Value is having as sale next moth and they are doing this mower at 349 plus two batteries. Ihave a tiny yard

I like how they build electric mowers to look like they still have an engine.

that wheel you see is actually
the broken rear wheel resting against the header

That and that case on top is actually where the batteries go.

I love my battery mower! I'm thinking of taking the plunge on a snow blower as well.

Why has no- one developed a 2 in 1 for those in such seasonal areas?

We’ve got one of those...but it’s in a few more pieces.

That would be an impressive and expensive contraption, the mechanics of how a lawn mower works vs how a snow blower works is on par with “why don’t t

That would be awesome! Just have a detachable head that’s either a mower or blower. I’d gladly drop 800-1000 on that. Batteries included

At least you didn't say it can't be done! Perhaps some mad Oppo fancies a winter project?

To be fair this sort of thing already exists, but is about as far as I think it goes. Much simpler to bolt on and connect to the PTO than have some sort of push mower / snowblower hybrid.

The real question is how long were you sitting on that picture? Not judging, cause it was a perfect play here and made me chuckle.

LOL I was actually looking for something else to post . Couldn’t remember what to call it, so I searched for “picasso car”, and all I got were a bunch of Citroëns. D’oh! Shoulda seen that one coming.
“Abstract car” was getting me nowhere, so I searched for “stair illusion” to find the name that I was forgetting: Escher . Finally I had the right search terms: “escher car”. But it turns out my memory was wrong about the wheels facing different directions, so I browsed through the related images until I found that Mazda ad. The whole process took about a minute and a half.

My wife bought me this one a couple years ago through amazon. I’ve actually been surprised how well it does even with wet snow.
I definitely still need the shovel for anything hard packed. I just make sure to clean a good sized area before my entry to limit how much the plow throws at me.

Good to know, thanks . I’ve got an Ego lawn mower/leaf blower/weed whacker, so if I go for it, I’ll be getting a matching snow blower.
